Embracing Restorative Practices across the school requires buy in from all staff. This workshop looks at what a Restorative Approach to whole school discipline looks like and how to help and support staff to move to this approach. It includes looking at systems, policies, support structures and practical application.
It is also encouraged with this workshop that school leadership engage in additional consultation to see Restorative Practices implemented in an ongoing way.

The home-school partnership is critical for successful learning. Parents need support, encouragement and practical strategies to be able to help their children learn, grow and develop. Parent workshops include practical insights and strategies, stories and encouragement to use Restorative Practices in homes and provide consistent approaches to discipline at home and at school.
